Buttermilk Pecan Chicken

  1. Melt butter in dish.
  2. Mix buttermilk with egg in shallow dish.
  3. Mix flour, ground pecans, paprika, salt, pepper and sesame seed in another dish.
  4. Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture and then in flour mixture.
  5. Place chicken, skin side down, in melted butter, then turn to coat.
  6. Place pecan halves around chicken to bake in moderate oven at 350u0b0 for 1 3/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with tomatoes and parsley.
