Pork Barbecue

  1. Bake pork roast.
  2. While baking, prepare sauce.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15 minutes until thick.
  4. When roast has baked, cool long enough to handle.
  5. Then cut, chop and scrape all meat from bones.
  6. Place in roasting pan; cover with barbecue sauce until swimming.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Stir and mash meat into shreds.
  8. (The longer it cooks, the better it shreds.)
  9. Add more sauce if necessary.
  10. Makes enough sauce for a large roast.
