Christmas Chocolate Balls

  1. Combine peanut butter, egg, butter, dates, coconut and confectioners sugar in large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. If sticky, add more confectioners sugar.
  3. Shape in 1-inch balls and refrigerate while preparing chocolate for coating.
  4. Melt chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate and wax in top of a double boiler.
  5. Use spoon or fork and dip balls in melted chocolate.
  6. Place on foil to set.
  7. Store in a cool place in a covered container.
