Sweet Cardamon Hummus

  1. In miniature blender or food processor combine all ingredients except for chick peas. Process on high until consistent liquid is formed; aprox. one minute. Then add Chick Peas to liquid mixture and process until desired consistency is reached; aprox. two minutes. If hummus is too thick, thin with lemon juice, and if too thin, thicken with additional chick peas.
  2. May be served immediately but is most flavorful when chilled for an hour or two prior to serving. Recipe can be multiplied for parties.
  3. Serve in dip bowl with pita chips, crackers or with fresh dipping veggies.
