Curry Chicken

  1. Strip chicken of Skin, clean thoroughly by washing with vinegar or line juice. Also kills rawness of chicken. Cut into 2 inch pieces. Add all Seasoning. Let rest 1 - 2 hrs.
  2. Add oil to pan. Place chicken pieces without the seasoning and allow to brown a little no more than 3 mins. Add all the seasoning and 1/2 cup of water. Cover pot. Monitor pot and check water levels. In a cup add mix some more powdered seasoning with water and add to pot when water begins to dry out. Recover and let cook. Near the end add some ketchup to thicken gravy, cook till chicken is tender.
