Shrimp De Jonghe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Butter a 10 x 7 baking dish
  3. Put cooked shrimp into baking dish OR divide into 8 buttered ramekins, and spread to cover the bottom.
  4. In a saute pan, cook the garlic in melted butter, being careful NOT to burn the garlic. Add herbs, seasonings, and sherry wine to butter mixture.
  5. Remove 1/4 cup butter mixture and toss with the bread crumbs. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the shrimp evenly. Sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs over the shrimp. Bake for 15 minutes.
