Cherry Brownie Pie
- 5 1/2 TBS Butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 2 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate - melted
- 2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Cherry Pie Filling
- Whipped topping
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray a 9" pie tin with cooking oil - wipe off all excess oil
- 1-With electric beater beat butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- 2- Add eggs and corn syrup and beat until smooth
- 3- Mix in flour and salt until well combined.
- 4- Spoon pie filling onto the bottom of the prepared pin tin to within an inch of the edge.
- 5- Pour batter over pie filling spreadding to completely cover it.
- 6- Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minuter (until tester comes out clean). Cool completely
- To serve top with whipped topping and decorate with left over cherries
