Fried Avocado
- 1 Avacado
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon White pepper
- 1 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pint Frying Oil
- Heat Oil to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
- Prepare breading station by putting milk, eggs (whisked) and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls or hotel pans
- Season bread crumbs with spices
- Slice avocado into 1/4" thick slices
- Bread avocado slices by first dipping them in the milk, fallowed by the egg, then the seasoned bread crumbs
- Drop the breaded avocado slices in the hot oil to fry until golden brown
- Remove from oil and let sit on a plate with paper towels to catch excess oil.
