Stuffed Jalapenos, Fried In Beer Batter

  1. In

  4. saucepan,
  5. brown ground beef, stirring to crumble real small.
  6. Add onion, seasonings and water; bring to a boil.
  7. Cover; lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and
  9. stir
  10. in rice and cheese; mix well.
  11. Leave stems on peppers and make a small slit at top of pepper and down side. Remove seeds and stuff with rice mixture.
  12. Dip in beer batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  13. Drain on paper towels.
