Cioppino (Seafood Stew, From Mario Batali)

  1. Saute first five ingreedients for 15 minutes.
  2. Add passata, tomatoes and wine and simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Add clams and simmer 3 -4 minutes.
  4. Add remaining seafood plus pinch of chili flakes, then simmer for 5 - 6 minutes more.
  5. Top with chopped parsley.
