Cream Cheese Pie
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 11/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 6 tablespoons Margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Cream Cheese Filling
- 1/2 pound Cream Cheese (1 bar)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 can (13 ounces) Evaporated Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Graham Cracker Crust:
- Please Crumbs in mixing bowl. Add Margarine and Sugar and blend well.
- Pie Filling:
- Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and partly up the sides of a greased 9" pie pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes @ 350 . Cool before filling
- Cream Cheese Filling
- Beat Cream Cheese until light and fluffy.
- Slowly add the Sugar, Evaporated Milk, Eggs, Lemon Juice and Vanilla. Beat until light and smooth.
- Pour mixture into prepared crust and bake for 30 minutes or until set @ 350 .
