Cream Cheese Pie

  1. Graham Cracker Crust:
  2. Please Crumbs in mixing bowl. Add Margarine and Sugar and blend well.
  3. Pie Filling:
  4. Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and partly up the sides of a greased 9" pie pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes @ 350 . Cool before filling
  6. Cream Cheese Filling
  7. Beat Cream Cheese until light and fluffy.
  8. Slowly add the Sugar, Evaporated Milk, Eggs, Lemon Juice and Vanilla. Beat until light and smooth.
  9. Pour mixture into prepared crust and bake for 30 minutes or until set @ 350 .
