Mary'S Berry Smoothie

  1. TO MAKE SMOOTHIE
  2. Place all ingredients in food processor.Blend for a few minutes. Scrape down sides. Blend for 2 more minutes. Taste for sweetness, adding sugar as needed. If too thick let it sit for a few minutes then stir. If too thin put in freezer for 30 min. to harden. Pour into individual glasses and top with whipped cream. Alternatively, makes a great granita: pour into a 9x13 casserole, freeze for an hour then stir every hour until frozen(once it starts to harden, use a fork and scrape along the top.)
