Bbq Babyback Ribs
- Lowry's seasoned salt
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
- Hickory liquid smoke
- Babyback ribs
- BBQ Sauce:
- 2 bottles hickory smoke BBB sauce
- 3-5 T. apple cider vinegar
- 1-3 T. minced garlic
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Lowry's seasoning salt
- 3-10 drops liquid smoke
- 1/4 t. ginger powder
- 1 t. brown sugar
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Rinse ribs and remove any excess fat. Pat dry.
- Season ribs on each side with above ingredients.
- Place in a baking pan, on a rack, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
- When baking is done, brush or pour on BBQ sauce, cover and marinate 1 hour on countertop.
- Ribs can be finished either in the oven or on a grill. If using a grill, heat to medium heat, grill until brown, re-saucing as needed.
- BBQ Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients together.
