Best Chicken Quesadillas

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Remove fat,clean chicken, put in baking pan lined with foil, sprinkle taco seasoning onto chicken (half the packet is plenty).Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cut Chicken into small bite sized pieces. Lay four tortillas flat on cookie sheet or similar, sprinkle liberally with cheese, bacon and chicken.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for approx 10 minutes, turning halfway or until crispy on edges.
  4. Use a pizza cutter to cut into desired sized slices. Serve with a dollop of sour cream covered with diced green onions.
