Seafood Gumbo

  1. Roux
  2. add flour and olive oil in a 4 cup dish
  3. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes
  4. add chopped onion, chopped celery, green pepper slices
  5. saute on high for 3 minutes stirring
  6. Turn to low and add
  7. Green onion tops, file', garlic,chicken stock, V-8 Juice and Tabasco-Simmer for 30 minutes. add shrimp and crab meat cook until shrimp is pink.
  8. If freezing do not add shellfish
