Wild Rice Chicken Supreme

  1. Prepare rice and seasoning according to package.
  2. Melt butter in large saucepan.
  3. Add onion and cook over low heat until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Gradually stir in milk and chicken broth.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  6. Stir in chicken, pimiento, parsley, almonds and cooked rice.
  7. Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 425u0b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
