Best Bread Pudding

  1. Heat milk with butter until butter is melted
  2. Combine with a whisk eggs, sugar vanilla
  3. Add the hot milk/butter mixture
  4. Pour over bread and add raisins
  5. Let soak for 10 minutes
  6. Transfer to a buttered glass baking dish
  7. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon
  8. Bake in a water bath at 350F for 40-45 minutes
  9. Should be just firm but not dry.
  10. Hard Sauce
  11. Heat cream with butter
  12. Add confection sugar
  13. In a separate bowl whisk egg yolk
  14. Drissle in hot milk - pour back into sauce pan
  15. add bourbon and low heat
