Big Fatties

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. First, sift the flour, salt and baking soda together in a separate bowl.
  4. Second, cream the melted cooled butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until they are well blended.
  5. Then beat in the vanilla, egg and egg yolk separately until each are well incorporated.
  6. After well blended add the sifted ingredient slowly.
  7. Stir in the chocolate chips last.
  8. These are "BIG" cookies so you will want to put 1/4 of a cup of the mix for each cookie on the lined cookie sheet. The cookies should be roughly 3 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden.
