Chicken Marbella In Clay Pot

  1. 1. combine all ingredients except brown sugar and white wine. marinate overnight.
  2. 2. soak clay pot while browning chicken.
  3. 3. add browned chicken and marinade juices to claypot. sprinkle over brown sugar.
  4. 4. deglaze pan with white wine then our over chicken.
  5. 5. salt and pepper.
  6. 6. cook at 425 for 1:15.
