Tiffany'S Killer Veggie Chili

  2. Put small amount of water in pan and saute onions, and peppers (both kinds) in pan (I will note that I use water to keep the fat content down you can use oil if you wish). After all this is done, about 2 minutes add in the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil and drop heat to simmer for around 2 hours. Stirring every 15 to 20 minutes. This will make the chili semi thick and absolutely delicious! Please feel free to adjust seasoning as desired. I prefer a light to med. spicyness but others may prefer a hot spicyness.
  3. This makes 12 1 cup servings.
