  1. Saute the diced onion, pepper, chopped scallion and garlic in the olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, clam juice, red wine, and water. Next add the spices. Stir and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add the fish (cod and sea bass cut into chunks), shrimp, scallops and clams. Bring to simmering and cook another 10-15 minutes.
