Green Bean Casserole
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans French Style Green Beans
- 2 TBSP flour
- 4 TBSP Butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Can Mushroom Soup
- 1 Small can French fried onions
- 1 Cup grated Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Cups crushed cornflakes
- 1. Melt 2 TBSP butter, add flour and seasonings
- 2. Saute a couple of mins.
- 3. Add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup
- 4. Cook stirring constantly til thick
- 5. Add drained green beans and fried onions
- 6. Stir well and pour into greased casserole dish
- 7. Sprinkle cup of grated Cheese
- 8. Add 2 TBSP melted butter to cornflakes, mix well and sprinkle on top cheese
- 9. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins.
