Green Bean Casserole

  1. 1. Melt 2 TBSP butter, add flour and seasonings
  2. 2. Saute a couple of mins.
  3. 3. Add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup
  4. 4. Cook stirring constantly til thick
  5. 5. Add drained green beans and fried onions
  6. 6. Stir well and pour into greased casserole dish
  7. 7. Sprinkle cup of grated Cheese
  8. 8. Add 2 TBSP melted butter to cornflakes, mix well and sprinkle on top cheese
  9. 9. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins.
