Sukiyaki

  1. Rub hot skillet with suet; add meat and sear on both sides. Push to one side.
  2. Rub skillet again with suet; add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook over high heat for about 3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes more.
  5. Stir gently several times.
  6. Vegetables should be crisp.
