Gourmet Chicken Casserole
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice and long grain mix (6 oz.)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. sherry wine
- 1 pkg. (3 to 5 oz.) shaved almonds
- 3 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 10 boned chicken breasts, halved
- Sprinkle rice
- in
- a
- well-greased long casserole.
- Mix soups, butter, milk,
- sherry and seasoning mix that is in rice package. Pour smalltmounttn
- rice.
- Place chicken on rice and add remaining
- liquid
- mix.
- Sprinkle almond and cheese on top or cheese andtaprika.
- Bakett

- for
- 2 1/2 hours, uncovered. Do not stir during baking.
