Brunch Casserole

  1. Generously butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut or break bread into cubes.
  3. Spread bread in bottom of dish.
  4. Cover bread with shredded cheese.
  5. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, onion, etc.
  6. (add crumbled bacon).
  7. Pour mixture over bread and cheese. Cover and chill at least 12 hours, not more than 24 hours.
  8. Remove from refrigerator and let stand for 10 minutes.
  9. Bake in oven at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
  10. Serve hot or cool for about 40 minutes and serve.
