Catarina Grilled Pork Chops

  1. Prepare the marinade 1 night before you plan to grill the chops.
  2. 1/2 hour before cooking, remove chops from marinade and discard liquid. Sprinkle chops with desired amount of grill seasoning, to taste. Over medium-low heat, grill chops 12-15 mins. per side, turning once. Enjoy!
  3. For the marinade:
  4. Remove stems and seeds from chiles. In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove pot from heat and add chiles. Cover, and leave for 30 mins. Strain chiles after 30 mins.
  5. Add all marinade ingredients, including the chiles, to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Push mixture through a strainer. Marinate desired meat 12-24 hours.
