Dad'S Spicy Pork Recipe (Grilled Or Crock Pot)

  1. Quarter the pork loin so that it fits easily into the pot and fill with water so the meat is covered.
  2. Add all ingredients except potatoes and corn, bring to a boil, and simmer 3-4 hours until tender.
  3. Remove pork from the pot and put on a greased cookie sheet, baste with the remaining barbeque sauce, cover and grill for 45 minutes. (Medium coals - not too hot)
  4. Add another 1-2 sticks of butter to the pot, add cut up potatoes and cook for 45 minutes.
  5. Add 1/2 ears of corn to the pot to cook for 30 minutes.
