Summer Time Spiked Up Spagetti
- 01 pkg Bertolli wheat spagetti
- 2 tomatoes, chooped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg mushrooms, sliced
- turkey sausage
- oregano
- butter
- mozoralla
- parmesian
- italian dressing if desired
- Preheat oven 350. Sray bottom of 9x11" dish. In separate sauce pans, using the lease amount of butter, combined and sautee' green pepper & onions in one pan, mushrooms in one, and sausage in another, each untill sauteed.
- Cook spagetti as directed,drain, set aside.
- Combine garlic,tomatoes, & oregano together, set aside.
- When all ingredients are sauted, begin layering.
- (if desired, for a little tangy taste, pour italian dressing on bottom of dish).
- 1st layer spagetti, peppers & onion mix, then sausage ( if using), then mushrooms, tomato w/garlic & oregano mix, parmesian & mozarella.
- Relayer.
- Heat covered approx. 20 min., than uncover and cook until golden brown.
- Bon Apatete!
