Pasta Primavera Skillet

  1. In a large saucepan, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
  2. Add water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to boil.
  3. Add vegetables, reduce heat to medium-low and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Transfer to serving dish.
  5. Before serving, top with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and parsley.
