Crab Salad, Asian

  1. Sweet Soy Glaze:
  2. blend ingredients in sauce pan and simmer on medium heat until reduced by one third and has become a syrup consistency. Chill for service.
  3. Salad:
  4. In small mixing bowl combine Crab,peppers and scallions and 1/2 tablespoon sweet soy glaze. On a serving plate mound micro greens in center and top with crab mix.
