Microwave Chicken Breasts Parmesan
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. corn flakes crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 chicken breasts (4 pieces)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Mix tomato sauce and garlic in 2 cup measure.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Microwave on High for 2 minutes; stir.
- Reduce power to Medium; cook 5 minutes.
- Mix corn flake crumbs, Parmesan and parsley.
- Dip chicken in egg, then corn flake mixture.
- Place in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Cook at Medium-high until chicken is tender (9 to 14 minutes).
- Do not turn over.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella over chicken, then more Parmesan cheese.
- Microwave on Medium-high until cheese melts, 2 to 5 1/2 minutes.
