Microwave Chicken Breasts Parmesan

  1. Mix tomato sauce and garlic in 2 cup measure.
  2. Cover with wax paper.
  3. Microwave on High for 2 minutes; stir.
  4. Reduce power to Medium; cook 5 minutes.
  5. Mix corn flake crumbs, Parmesan and parsley.
  6. Dip chicken in egg, then corn flake mixture.
  7. Place in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  8. Cover with wax paper.
  9. Cook at Medium-high until chicken is tender (9 to 14 minutes).
  10. Do not turn over.
  11. Pour sauce over chicken.
  12. Sprinkle Mozzarella over chicken, then more Parmesan cheese.
  13. Microwave on Medium-high until cheese melts, 2 to 5 1/2 minutes.
