Tiramisu
- 2 lbs. (4 pkgs.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 4 tsp. Marsala wine
- 4 C. heavy cream
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 5 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 C. brandy
- 6 T. coffee liquor
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 oz. chocolate semisweet, grated
- Beat first 3 ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Set aside.
- Beat next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
- Stir together next 3 ingredients (use this to soak 24 ladyfingers).
- In 13 x 9 x 3" pan place 1/4 C. cream cheese mixture. Quickly dip one ladyfinger in soaking liquid. Break in half and place over cream cheese mix. (8 ladyfingers in half each layer) Repeat cream cheese and ladyfingers. Top with cream cheese. Grate chocolate over top. Refrigerate 2 hours.
