Spaghetti Pie
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 2-3 c cooked pasta
- 2 large deep dish pillsbury pie shells
- 1 lb spinach cooked and drained
- 1 c maranara sauce
- 1 c mozzerella
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T chopped Basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped red bellpepper
- 1/2 c canned halved mushrooms
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 T salt
- pinch of cayenne
- 1 tsp black course pepper
- Boil pasta according to box's directions.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In Medium saute pan,heat olive oil and saute onions a garlic until translucent.Add sirloin, salt,pepper and cook sirloin until brown.Remove from heat.
- In large bowl combine cooked pasta,maranara sauce of choice, red bell pepper,mushrooms,rest of seasoning,spinach,mozzerella, parmesan cheese,parsley and basil.
- When sirloin is cooled add to ingredients, mix them all together and pour into one of the deep dish pie shells.
- Ingredients will be piled high.
- Remove other pie shell carefully from it's aluminum pan,place it on top of the pie and seal the edges.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
