Pansit(Philippine Rice Noodle)

  1. Saute garlic and onion in oil.
  2. Add chicken or preferred meat. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, then vegies until crispy cooked (carrots, celery, cabbage, cilantro, snow peas).
  3. Add rice noodles; mix and cook for 5 minutes or until done.
  4. If juice is not enough to cook noodles, may add broth or water.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
