Holiday Delight Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine; mix well.
  3. Pat onto bottom of 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour together until light, fluffy and smooth.
  6. Gradually add lemon juice and egg product; beat well.
  7. Add lemon yogurt and mix thoroughly.
  8. Pour over prepared crust.
  9. Loosely place aluminum foil over spring-form pan.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 60 to 70 minutes, or until center of cake is set.
  11. Gently run tip of knife between cake and edge of pan.
  12. Cool to room temperature before removing rim of pan.
  13. Chill.
  14. Serve topped with 1 tablespoon of Reddi-Whip lite on each slice.
  15. Makes 12 servings.
