Heart-Smart Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Clean mushrooms.
  3. Remove and finely chop stems.
  4. Heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Saute chopped mushroom stems, onion, garlic and walnuts until onion is tender.
  6. Remove from heat. Stir in Shredded Wheat, Parmesan cheese, herb and spice seasoning and pepper.
  7. Stuff mushroom caps, packing mixture firmly.
  8. Arrange mushrooms in a shallow baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle tops lightly with paprika.
  10. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
