Frenchi'S Favorite Chinese Chicken Salad

  1. Pour salad oil into pan about 3" deep. Heat to 375-400. Break Maifun into 3" pcs (or thinly slice Wonton wrappers. Dip a portion into the hot oil for a few seconds. Maifun will puff up quickly, drain on paper.
  2. Combine all sauce ingredients, shake well. Place shredded lettuce, carrots & green onions into salad bowl, shred cold chicken (roasted, baked, etc) and add to bowl. Top with fried Maifun/wonton wrappers. Pour prepared dressing over mixture and toss gently. Enjoy!
