Homemade Spinach & Beef Ravioli

  1. To make pasta dough.
  2. In a bowl with the flour make a
  3. well and add the eggs and water
  4. mix well and knead until smooth.
  5. Send thru your pasta machine
  6. making long thin strips.
  7. Prepare your filling
  8. In a large fry pan, add the
  9. chopped spinach and cook until
  10. done. Place in a strainer to
  11. get all the water out of the
  12. spinach. Fry your hamburger
  13. until cooked. Add the spinach
  14. to the hamburger in pan and
  15. season with salt, pepper and
  16. garlic power. Return to the
  17. strainer and squeeze all the
  18. juice out. In a large bowl
  19. Add your ricotta and mix it with the eggs, parsley and cheese until smooth. Then
  20. add your spinach and hamburger.
  21. Now you are ready to make your
  22. ravioli's
  23. Place one strip of the dough
  24. on your counter and place
  25. about 1 tsp. full of the filling
  26. mixture in about 12 places.
  27. Add a strip of the dough on top
  28. and then you can cut your ravioli's in squares and pinch
  29. the edges. I have a ravioli
  30. form that I use that make's it
  31. a lot easier and more professional looking. Makes around 12 Doz.
