Fiesta Stack-Ups
- 4 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato puree
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 tsp. salt
- 2 (23 oz.) cans Ranch Style beans
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. crushed Fritos
- 1 (14 oz.) box rice, cooked
- Meat Sauce
- 2 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 large head lettuce, chopped
- 5 or 6 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can ripe olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce
- Be sure to use all ingredients.
- The sweet taste of the coconut and pecans really makes this a treat.
- Will serve 20 hungry people.
