Pot Roast
- 3 to 4 lb. pot roast
- 3 carrots, peeled and quartered
- 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 cans cut green beans
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt-free 17 seasoning
- 3/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 tsp. Season-All salt
- Mix soy sauce, Kitchen Bouquet and all seasonings.
- Rub evenly over roast.
- Chop and dice garlic.
- In large iron skillet or Dutch oven, cook garlic in cooking oil.
- Add onion and roast.
- Brown roast on all sides over medium heat.
- Add 1 cup of water and remaining ingredients.
- Cover tightly.
- Cook slowly in 325u0b0 oven for 2 hours or until tender.
