Mom'S Biscotti

  1. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients
  2. Make a hole in center of dry ingredients and add all other ingredients. (I added all but oil and added oil slowly while mixing)
  3. Mix well. Knead into soft dough. (I used dough hook on mixer for mixing and kneading)
  4. Divide dough into 6 sections. Roll each into long rope.
  5. Place 3 ropes on cookie sheet and flatten
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light golden brown
  7. Slice diagonally, turn each on its side and bake for 5 minutes more.
  8. Check that they are light - medium brown for crunchy.
