Omega Deviled Eggs
- 24 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (or juice of 1/2 lemon)
- 1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Bread-&-Butter Pickle Juice
- Paprika (for garnishing)
- After boiling eggs, rinse under cold water a few times to cool. Peel eggs then slice in half length wise. Scoop yolks into medium-sized bowl. Mash up yolks with fork. Add the mayo and mix well until smooth. Add Worcestershire Sauce. pepper, garlic, lemon, mustard, pickle juice and mix well. Put mixture into plastic Ziploc bag, seal, and cut tip off bottom of bag. Use to fill each white egg slice, over filling alittle. Garnish with Paprika and place in fridge until ready to serve! Servings suggestion 4 half egg slices a piece. Enjoy!!!
