Barbecued Beef Ribs

  1. Place ribs on a rack in a shallow baking pan and roast in a 450u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine all other ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Set sauce aside.
  4. Remove the ribs and rack from pan and pour off the fat.
  5. Reduce oven heat to 350u0b0.
  6. Return ribs to the pan and pour sauce over them.
  7. Bake uncovered basting occasionally, until ribs are tender, about 1 hour.
  8. Yields 4 servings.
  9. These are lo-cal, low cholesterol and low-fat.
