Mom'S Granola

  1. Mix all ingredients together except for dried fruit.
  2. Line large baking pan with Silpat or parchment paper.
  3. Preheat convection oven to 325' F
  4. Spread mixture evenly on pan.
  5. Bake on middle rack for approx. 25 minutes. Turn with spatula, and continue baking for a few minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Add 2 cups dried fruit and stir into granola.
  7. Leave in warm oven for about 10 more minutes. Let cool.
  8. Store in glass container.
