Vegetable Wraps With Hummus And Feta

  1. 1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
  2. 2. Spread 2 tablespoons hummus onto each flatbread, top with 1 lettuce leaf. Spoon vegetable mixture evenly onto half of each flatbread, leaving a 1/2 inch border around edges. Top evenly with feta, fold flatbread in half over vegetable mixture.
