Paul'S Chili Recipe

  1. Begin to brown meat or crumbles. Then add garlic, onion, red pepper, chipolte, jalapeno.
  2. Saute for about 6 to 8 minutes. I like to add a 1/2 bottle of dark beer. Seems to help, especially with crumbles because they are a bit dry.
  3. Then add chili beans, tomato sauce, spices (and noodles if you want). Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Before serving, stir in the chocolate until melted
