Hanky Panks
- 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- party rye bread
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- mustard
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 finely diced baked ham
- 1/2 green pepper, finely diced
- Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles.
- Press into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Pinch edges to form a crust.
- Press out perforation in dough.
- Lightly spread dough with mustard.
- Evenly sprinkle dough with ham, onion, green pepper and cheese.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Cut into squares and serve hot.
- Can be made ahead; refrigerate until ready to bake.
