Molded Peach Salad

  1. Combine orange jello and sugar; stir in 2 cups orange juice and lemon peel.
  2. Heat until jello is well dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Stir in buttermilk.
  6. Chill until partially set; fold in fruit.
  7. Pour into a 6 1/2 cup mold and chill until firm.
  8. Combine sour cream and 1/4 cup orange juice. Cover and keep chilled.
  9. At serving time unmold salad into a plate of lettuce.
  10. Serve with sour cream dressing if desired.
