A La Fresh Fish Fillet W/ Mushrooms Bread Crumbs
- 8 White fish fillets
- 1/4 cup seasoned Flour
- Salt, Pepper or
- Morton's Seasoned Salt
- Butter / cooking oil
- 4 oz.Sliced Mushrooms
- 4 Sliced green onions with tops
- 1/4 cup Panko Japanese Bread Crumbs or-
- 1/4 cup Large Homemade Bread Crumbs
- Sautee sliced green onions in butter and cooking oil until wilted and just starting to brown. Remove and set aside. Season fish fillets and flour lightly. Sautee in butter and cooking oil until brown. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Cook mushrooms in pan until done, remove and drain.
- Layer in large shallow casserole
- sprayed with non-stick: On bottom, mushrooms and 1/2 onions, then Fish with remaining onions. Sprinkle with Panko Crumbs or Homemade bread crumbs.
- Then drizzle butter on top, or spray with more non-stick.
- When ready to eat, heat for 10 minutes, or until bread crumbs are browning, in 350' oven. YUM
