Soy-Miso Glazed Halibut

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated. Marinate fish min. 4 hours
  2. Saute garlic & shallots until translucent. + vinegar, sugar, and water & bring to boil. Cover w/ lid or foil, place in oven 20 min. Remove & let stand 10 min. uncover & fluff
